Thats the idea of steath mode, the mufflers will never be bypassed.

I think the valves open at ~3500 RPM even if the exhaust is set to stealth mode. Hope this helps.

I think pulling the fuse leaves it open (loud) not closed. At least if it works like on the Vettes.

Maybe you're thinking of last-gen's vacuum-activated valve? These new ones are electronic.
