Anyone have a poorly installed hood wrap?

I do on my 2019. Going tomorrow to dealer and have them see if it's warrantied for that. Keep your fingers crossed and I'll report back tomorrow night!

mine started peeling up on the drivers rear corner of the hood about a year into ownership. i had it replaced at a local wrap business.

My 21 has the same thing in the same spot.

I'll warranty it or have the guy who did my PPF replace it.

Not sure if I trust the dealer to make it happen

Or ask the dealer who they will send the car to, and then go there.

Mine is peeling all around. My 2013 1le did the same thing. Best to have it done by a reputable shop and ex out the dealer.

It's covered under warranty. If you hate going to the dealer, try fixing it yourself, not hard. Take off vent, grab a hair dryer, slowly peel, stretch, and smooth out the wrinkles. Make sure everything is clean under the vent lip to include your fingers when you touch the wrap (wear gloves).

Yours looks like might be passenger side of the hood vent, mine is doing the same on the drivers side of the hood vent. 21 as well. Sad thing is, everywhere else it is flawless and even coverage over edges, straight lines cuts.....

We just had to replace one that was doing the same thing. It was a fresh unit that was delivered a month or so ago.

Yes. Noticed it when I was fixing one of the hood vents that was sticking up a little. A fresh hood wrap from a reputable car wrap company is on the to do list.

Yes,mine was the same around the vent

I wasn’t a fan of it anyway and went for a different look, piano gloss black to match the bumper
