Most of our supercharged customers are cammed, my car included. I run our 545 cam with a TVS 2300 @ 10lbs, and make 699rwhp. Mine has maybe 5k on the set up, I don't drive it a whole lot.

We use three bolt COMP cams here. With my supercharged builds I usually do a Katech C5r chain along with Brian Tooley valvetrain, and of course the rest of the supporting parts as well.

The shops turning over a high volume of cammed cars, are you running or do you recommend oil(s) with higher ZDDP content / zinc ...

It makes enough torque and power as it is for sure.. first second and third is worthless if you smash it now...It's just like a bigger cammed car now at lower rpms.. It lopes harder with the blower. Breaking loose at 70mph is enough for me right now... It doesn't help that the temps have been super cold for FL and I'm close to needing new tires though. Hoping that new tires and warmer temps will change the likelihood of spinning if i punch it on the highway.

yes and yes, but I dis-assembled, inspected and blueprinted it to ensure correct clearances.

Quick question, would a supercharger without upgraded cam be cause for future engine problems?

TSP 231/236 NA cam kit and ECS Novi 1500 kit here also! 636/581 rwhp/tq. Cam has over 12000 miles, ecs kit only on since last summer.
I have run Redline 10w30 but currently run Valvoline VR1 syn 10w30.
I would make sure guys are checking spring pressures or at least changing them out every other season or 20,000 miles. Just my safety net rule of thumb. They're inexpensive considering what damage would cost if you never checked or replace them.

not at all. Stock cam and 10 psi of boost or less should be very reliable and stock like drivability. 12psi is pushing limits. More than that and meth or race gas is almost a must. If it is an L99 keep the revs down to keep the lifters from pooping the bed. Even on a non L99 I'm a believer in keeping the tune super safe and keeping the revs down and use the power adder more to make the power, rather than upping the revs or walking the line on timing or AFR. 11.0 to 11.2 afr and safe timing that pulls down even more with iats can take alot of boost and make alot of power on our engines even with stock cam.

All that said, if you are up to 12psi and still want more power, cam it!
