Cops are paid off with a $10 bill.

Security = have your own gun.
Health care = private hospitals

The cops wouldn't help because they were trying to pin a DUI on me even though I passed every test and the brethalyzer said I had nothing. They went on to hassle me and threaten to arrest me, while my friend lay there with his head busted open (he was drunk, and tripped when he got out of the car. I was trying to get him home). There were about 15 cops and no ambulance. Ambulance finally arrived 30 minutes later. I was pretty pissed off the cops wouldn't help and wanted to pin a DUI on me when there was none instead of helping my friend.
