Paint Protection
What is everyone doing for paint protection during track events? Will be running 305’s front and back so I’m guessing I’ll be throwing some grit. Go all in with 3M or Xpel?

Clear bra on front. Not sure of brand as it came on the car. I have splash guards on fenders to keep the rocks and rubber pieces to a minimum

Lower rear quarter panel is where most of the hits are gonna be.. just rock guards alone won't stop it.. I have 305 square and the rear is getting peppered I suspect from the front poke..

Need these universals on the front they offer great coverage but take a hit in the looks department.

I can’t answer to roadcourses, but I get hits mostly in front of the rear tires, and you get them just above that area above the body panel seem. From my ten years autocross and street driving my old fifth gen, I had PPF done to fascia, fenders rockers to middle of door bulge, qtr panel and behind the rear wheels to body panel seam. Then did zl1 add on rock quards.
And I run 305/30/19s square |

PPF (XPEL) on the nose and side view mirror fronts.
I know some guys use TracWrap.
