2SS 1LE Wheel Clear Coat Issue?

Only have about 600 miles on the car and noticed this while doing my first hand wash last week. Looks to me like the clear coat is peeling or been rubbed off in this area? I think it should be a warranty issue. Thoughts?

Hm, is this really clearcoat failure? From the photo it sure looks like sticker residue that would come off with Goo Gone.
