Angry DAVID MAUS CHEVROLET TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Why is it that Chevrolet cannot maintain adequate service for its customers? I have tried to drop off the 1LE Camaro for over a month and sat at the dealership for hours on end and yet they cannot provide me a loaner? Way to go David Maus Chevrolet 👍🏼. I have been trying to stay loyal since day one. I purchased my vehicle here and do 100% of the service here and never get anything in return but terrible service. You guys lost yourselves a $1,000+ sales in tires and may loose me permanently as a customer. This is why the roads are being overtaken by crowd killers (a.k.a Mustangs).

No loaner? Especially after seeing what you drive? I wouldn't care if they gave me a beat up impala. I'd need a loaner.

... and got one at Allen Cadillac Laguna Niguel when I went in for my busted rocker on cylinder 3. They were fantastic. Fixed my ride in a day... they probably wanted that loaner back lol.

Sorry man, just bad service if they can't help you get home after you take your car in for service.

They can't possibly be as bad as Fred Beans in Doylestown, PA. Absolutely the worst group of idiots in history.

GM is losing customers and they really don't care.

No excuse !!!!

There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for poor service specially when it comes to loyal customers. I don't get how the dealerships operate sometimes. You go in for service /purchasing new items and bill usually will run in 4 figures depending on what gets done and then they don't even have a loaner for you . They expect you to sit there and stare at the tv and eat Semi hard bagels /chips from the vending machines I JUST DON'T GET IT !!!! Take care of your loyal customers people !!they are your primary source of income !!

Yes . But the dealership CANNOT be perpertually out of loaners !!even when you are the first person there in the morning or even have an appointment in advance.

They never give me a loaner always a rental. I wait 5 min for enterprise/budget to show up with my "ride". If your car car was out of warranty I could see the loaners being spoken for, but not when your car is a 2015.

This dealer is constantly providing poor service. Lets not even begin with them always forgetting to level the tire pressure, refill washer fluid, and employees getting caught taking selfies in your car. They offer loaners based on first come first serve. But when you are left waiting for hours on end with no loaner to come up their service department needs to make it rite. I could understand if it was a one time thing. Maybe even a second time thing...But we are talking over a month to not be able to get me a loaner? Im sorry but if I purchase a brand new vehicle thats MSRP is mid 40s and im a loyal customer. Then you need to take care of me.

It took almost 4 hours to patch a tire and do an oil change. I thought I just had bad luck but every person that was having service done that day seemed to be very unhappy. David Maus Chevrolet is just terrible

You go to the dealer to get the tires filled up and the washer fluid topped off?

Those are things you can do yourself and probably do a better job at it than they ever could.

Poor service always sucks. Especially in an affluent area like Laguna Niguel in Orange County. We all have the expectation for quality service but we rarely get it. It’s not rocket science!
My DD is a Toyota. When I take the car for any scheduled service or warranty repair, they either shuttle me home or provide a loaner. If the loaners are out, they call a nearby Enterprise and they bring over a rental. I’ve always had good experience with Honda and Toyota dealers. It would be nice if U.S. companies would get there act together
