From them is was about 1k, which 600 of that was a returnable core charge that I got back when I sent mine back to them. They did an "exchange" deal where you didn't have to take your car out of service, or you could take your car out of service and send yours in to them. Kevin Whitford was the guy I dealt with, and he rebuilds them with all new parts. Mine are 4 years old and still look brand new..

Do them right if you're going to the trouble of powder. Full breakdown and rebuild with fresh seals. It's not much difference in labor or cost when you're going this far.

So to dig this up, where did you all source the orings between the caliper halves? I can find piston kits easily, but nothing for the caliper halves.

Rockauto has caliper rebuild kits with rings and seals or do an internet search for Brembo rebuild kit

There are none. The calipers on 5th gens have external crossover lines. Also, you need to find the exact torque spec for the halves.
