Tesla is the modern Muscle Car

Argue me this, what was a 60’s muscle car?
Big engine
maybe a big car (vs Sports cars of the time)
Able to annihilate the competition to the end of the 1320
Other than sound – what does the PLAID miss?
It has crappy breaking, heavy as hell, massive power, cannot turn a corner; kills the competition in the 1320, AMERICAN MADE!!!

I get about 12 miles to the gallon so I’m out of that race. Less if I’m hauling ass. But I guarantee you one thing…20 miles or 500 miles, curves or not…I’m having a shit load more fun.

Yes, sorry, I knew that. I had other stuff typed but got deleted.

And I agree, my 392 is awesome in every way to the EV, but it does not make it not true that Tesla is the "new muscle car"

More like "new muscle appliance"

Have you driven one? It's like a fancy fridge. You're going to show it to all your friends and brag about it, sure. But it's still just a fridge.

The problem is perception.

They(magazines) have tested your "New Age Muscle" and proven its a one and done track monster.

Every pass after the hero run was significantly slower and the batt pack was hot and losing charge fast.

Tip for beating a Tesla? let him/her make a hero run then blow the doors off it on its next pass

A PLAID just hit 8.9 at 155. And I am pretty sure they fixed the power reduction vs runs, well until the battery runs down. And for that matter my race cars of the past would heat soak and loose power. Worse on the boosted cars.
