Started the disassembly process this morning, fairly similar to the bumper removal on the 5th Gen, just a few more screws. It took about 30 minutes to remove, not to bad for the first one. Here is a before picture and a picture with it off. More pictures will come of the complete process.

How's this project coming? Curious to see what's required to changeover the lights

It's mad easy. After the bumper is removed it's just 4 bolts to remove each headlight. The harness is plug and play. Works great!

This was the middle of the day at autox this weekend, my setup is to keep the LEDs bright at all times.

The HIDS work great at lighting up the road as well. Many of my road trips are post midnight coming home and I've seen everything within range.

During the day time when the projectors are off and you need to blip the high beams to flash someone, they work the same, as with the halogen setup and the high beam will flash on.

One of my.fave mods so far

Finally installed my headlights last night and the check engine light came on. Anyone experienced this?

Nope, no cell here

I'd check and see if you accidentally tweaked something else. Also where did you tap the fuse to?
