This looks like the good old module initialization order issue, interesting how it's still present in the (supposedly) completely revamped 3.0 infotainment (mine is the good old 2.5 that was ditched in model year 2019).

Starting the car with the start button, as opposed to remote starting from the fob, fixes it for me. It hardly ever occurs anymore, but when it does, a power cycle solves it.
