My cake-ass v6 should be dipping into 12's with a supercharger(and assuming the Jap tranny doesnt break), so this car should be posting some better numbers...

those are garbage numbersthey should have put someone out there who knows how to drive the car 116mph trap speed equals 11's in the quarter , I have 600 rwhp and im in the mid to low 11's , depending on tires they always make the camaro look bad next time I wanna be the one testing it

Actually - if you had a Hurst Shifter, you could bolt your Cuda grip onto the Hurst in your Camaro. It might be pretty tall, but it would bolt right up... in fact I think they still sell the old style ones in a short version too: http://hurst-shifters.com/hurst-prod...HANDLE-STICK_2

I think it's sharp and the typical slow ass quarter times from motor trend do not surprise me. As far as the price goes, all you're really getting out of the deal is a custom Hurst vehicle. I personally would rather buy a 2SS and spend LESS money and get more out of her.

i really do like the car.. but... this is a camaro not a cadillac... i won't pay more than 10k for a performance muscle car! sure, sell those v6's to the wannabe's for 35k, but i ain't tricked, my 99 z28 will smoke the new ss at a quarter of the price( i say that because i have a few upgrades, otherwise it would be less)
