Rev. Limited?

at the 4-5 gear changing, the spark timing is pulled too much.

Is it due to the rev. limit? the highest peak of RPM before the point, it is just 6590 RPM as I set the cutoff at around 7000~7100 RPM.

and the schedule of shifting is like the above.

1. What factors are limiting the rev?
2. I would like to change the shifting point like 6800 RPM.
What should I need to change?

Thank you in advance.

Throttle is closing, so the rev limiter seems to be active in that area. You say that you raised the rev limiter to 7000-7100, did you also modify the In-Gear and EOT tables to reflect what you did for Extreme Cutoff? Those tables in my stock SS were only at 6600rpm for example.
