FPCM, no communication randomly

Every now and then my car wont start, or it will run for a few seconds and die, Ran code and found my FSCM had communication issues, Id have to unplug my FSCM and reconnect it to start the car, before I replaced my FSCM it would get really hot to the touch and I noticed my FPCM connector would be burned where the (I'm assuming the power pins are)pin 38 and 25 I believe. has anybody ran into this issue. The fuse is good, 10a fuse in the fuse block. Plan on repinning it but don't think that will cause issues on cold starts. No voltage codes, only codes are other control units has communication issues with FSCM.
