Procharger pulley sizes

Hi there, I have the stock 4” pulley on my P1x. Still need to buy fueling for the car before installing. I’m thinking about riding up to Janetty and getting it tuned but I’d like to have a few different pulleys when tuning so I can swap at track etc. Has anyone sized down for more psi and how much psi did you end up with? Thanks!

Thanks for that info. It says stock is 7 psi so I might just need like a 3.90 or 3.80
To get around 10 psi

I have the 4.13" pulley, and psi varies through the rpms from around 6.5 lbs at 5k rpm to 10.5 lbs at 6900 rpm shift point.

Not sure if you are talking about wanting 10lbs average or peak. I have been thinking about going with a 3.9 or 3.7 also and dropping the shift point closer to 6500. Interested in your results.

Definitely want to make a few more psi that the stock pulley. Im spending all this $$$ on the lt4 stuff I want to stretch it out a bit 😁

I have used Jennetty and am very happy with his work. We are doing the fuel system soon also. I only live like 10 min from his shop

I'm running a 3.5 pulley and was hitting 8.5 psi at 5500 RPM. Upgraded my fueling to LT4 and I'm going back in for retuning and I'm expecting to hit at least 10 with the ability to go higher in the RPM range. I'm sure others would get more with a few more added fueling adjustments.

U can figure about 1 pd per 100 thousand. Example from a 4 to a 3.9 is 100 thousands of an inch smaller and would give u about 1 pd more.

As far as total is completely dependent on atmosphere car build ect. What one person sees for boost is almost usless to another unless they are in the same location with the same weather ect.

Best to start with what u have and use the 1 per to get where u want to be.

another example I run about a 3 hundred thousand bigger in the winter cooler weather here at 1000 ft. Keeps about the same power.

If i run a 3.7 in summer I run a 4 in winter or cooler weather example. What boost my car makes in my location would have very little baring on what u would see on ur car at ur location.

If i went to Florida I am most likely gonna see more boost, I would say average 1 to 2 pds maybe more depending on the current weather. That means more power as well. Just from the weather would run better but then boost adds on top of that.
