2016 Camaro 'Theft Locked' -help!

Hi Guys,
We are finishing up on a RHD (Right Hand Drive) GEN 6 Camaro, but now its back alive again electrically, it has come up with 'Theft Locked' on the Center screen.

Issue solved, thanks guys.

Best bet is to call Chevrolet.

Theft Lock is a Complete ECM shutdown. only a dealer can unlock it thru Chevrolet company direct.

Maybe a dumb question, but would a Holden dealership be able to do this in Australia?
