Busch was on a short leash before this ruling. Nascar is simply using it as PR OP to teach him a lesson. I suspect this is his last chance, and will be back before the end of the season.

Don't over analyze the grains of salt....look at the whole box.

LoL what was the prosecutor's office going to do? There was no credible witness, there's no proof he did anything, and at the end of the day, you had a he said, she said scenario.

This is why it's absolute nonsense that the Family Court did what they did. It's like the whole criminal vs. civil court b.s.

What I was originally making a statement about is this double standard NASCAR has on punishment. I disagree with Mutant Racer as "racing and the heat of the moment" is okay, as opposed to accusations of his girlfriend.

My stand for NASCAR is that any violence, assaults, punches, or whatever, to another person (driver or spouse/friend) should be dealt with in the same manner and not pick and choose what you turn a blind eye to.

Mutant Racer - that is like saying its okay to have Road Rage on the highway when someone cuts you off. That you have a right to jump out and beat the crap out of some idiot driver. But you should be locked up if your neighbor accuses you of driving bad to the highway patrol. this is JMO
I'm just talking about Busch not people on the highway. I can't reasonably ask people to drive 180+ around a track in a pack all wild and crazy like wanting a great competitive race then expect them to behave like good christian souls from that mix. I know what you are saying and yes there has to be a line.

Busch needs to be told regardless it stops now or he's gone. If you've arrived at that point sooner than me then maybe you are right. Nothing wrong with it.

If the law says he isn't guilty then he should race hell he should be able to keep racing till he is proven guilty. Then let NASCAR do as they may.
