My issue is with the drive line, after hitting a messed up part of the road, not a pot hole, but for lack of knowing exactly what it was, other then a messed up part of the road. I've been experiencing a drive line vibration. At highway speeds, its so bad, you can actually hear a rotational noise if you put your ear by the touch screen. Ive replaced so many parts ive exhausted anything I can think, and the local dealerships are no help. Parts replaced Brand new tires just put on and road forced balanced. New rims, stock 1le official rims from chevy Both halfshafts Both hub assemblies switched out the stock driveshaft for a 1 piece aluminum The only thing I can think of at this point would be differential, or something in the transmission area? |

Check your motor mounts to see if they are lose. It can cause a vibration down the chain.

Also wanted to add, the car displayed this vibration when put on a dyno, which had me thinking it was coming from the rear, it was enough vibration you could feel it in the floor standing near the dyno.
But the motor mount suggestion definitely has me thinking |

Could have busted a tire belt, which will definitely experience vibration issues at speed.

Also to try and pinpoint the area of the vibration you can rev your engine up to the point where you feel the vibration. At this point push your clutch in, if the vibration does not go away it’s more likely in the engine rotation. From balancer to crankshaft etc. Hope you find out where your vibration is and fix it.

I think you have go back to the "messed up" road issue. Something being damaged or bent sure seems suspicious. I assume you have had a four wheel alignment done by a reputable shop. |

I did and they said it was only slight out it wasnt too bad. It comes in at 45 but definitely gets worse and as i said up above u can actualy hear something out of balance by the radio screen if u put your ear there. at 70 its pretty apparent. I feel it mostly in the seat and in the floor board but there is a slight vibration in the wheel as well |

What about your brake rotors? Not sure how they could get damaged if you hit something in/on the road but maybe?

Not many places have these, but what about trying an on car wheel balance? It has to be something spinning at road speed from your description. Getting the car up in the air and getting the wheels in motion might help identify something. Put a dial indicator on the rim and check for runout (wobble), while slowly/manually spinning the tire. Do this both on the side of the wheel/rim (axial runout if i recall correctly) , and also on the tread (radial runout). Same can be done for other spinning components. Sounds like most spinning components have been replaced... so id focus on measuring what those spinning components mount into.... check runout on your new halfshafts for example. You arent checking the runout of the shafts, but rather the bearings they attach to. Then spin and check driveshaft, etc...
Could also be damaged suspension or non rotational parts. Example a damaged/loose/broken suspension link bushing will still allow any otherwise normal vibration to become more pronounced due to driveline not being properly constrained. These are just general observations from my past experiences on a wide variety of cars. Doing an on car wheel balance should help narrow down to wheel/hub/suspension area vs other driveline vibration.
