Exhaust help and recommendations

I have Kooks headers and race pipes that can easily be swapped out for cats (which is nice because they are the same size and can be easily swapped). They connect to the stock midpipe (or something like that) which connects to the Stainlessworks Axleback exhaust (non-NPP).

I would like to know what options I have to connect from my LT headers to an aftermarket midpipe...to the stainlessworks axleback.

Because of the extra support on the verts I know our options are limited, but would love to know what you have done.

Is the best option to remove the race pipes and go with a different type of connection/midpipe that runs all the way to the axleback?
