VIN sequence and build month of problem cars
Hey all. Just wondering if those of you who have cars with various problems would be willing to share when your car was built in the 2016 run? I'm looking at several cars built between Jan and May and wonder if the later cars might have fewer QC issues than ones built early in the run. Thanks in advance.

I was wondering the same thing. I have a VIN that I would like to research for build month, etc.

Mine was built in 02-2016 as well. See the other thread for the issues for mine.

I have not heard back from the dealer on the recalls. The last update I had was that the car was going to the body shop to fix the paint issues on 6-13-16. When I last checked the GM site, there were not any listed.

12-15 and diff was replaced under warranty due to the groaning. My oil pan was fine (not one of the ones that had the pick up tube bolt issue) and my rear toe links were ok too. So the only issue with mine was the diff.
The car has 6,200 miles on it now.
