Hoping to find a service manager in the northeast (New England to DelMarVa) to help answer some questions on a specific factory upgrade for one of my other cars (defunct brand late model GM). Most dealers here do not seem too knowledgable on it unfortunately

Coming here rather than the forums of that car just due to a lack of traffic there and my involvement/reputation here.
