Got my new ride 21 Bronco

Well time to let the cat out of the bag. Lease on my Mazda ended in November and tried to time out perfectly and almost accomplished that goal. Put a reservation in for a Bronco in October of 2020. All the delays and problems with the hard tops and dealer horror stories almost scared me away. I was fortunate enough to find a dealer that committed to 2k under invoice for people that reserved with them knowing it could be a long wait.

It's a big bend trim, 4 door soft top with the 2.3. Got about 450 miles on it so far and absolutely love it. I did want to get back into a mustang or even a camaro but with 2 kids now just couldnt do it..

I wanted something big enough for everyone to enjoy and wanted something that could get us out and away and go camping etc. Looked at Colorado and Ranger and liked them, but didn't love them.

If the market "normalizes" in the next year or two I'll hopefully be trading in my '19 Jeep for one of these. Hopefully I can find a 4-door, Outer Banks, 2.3EB, 7-speed somewhat local.

It's a sweet ride. I think a 2-door manual would be great to own. Chevy really dropped the ball with the Blazer.

I'd consider a 2 door manual as well. Even after Chevy released the Blazer, they doubled down on CUVs and used the Trailblazer name plate which would have been obvious to use on a Colorado based BOF Bronco competitor. Oh well.

Yeah the 2 doors are sweet looking. Needed the space of the 4 door though with 2 kids.

My son absolutely loves it. Everytime we go somewhere now he asks can we take daddys bronco

That alone makes it a wise purchase.

For sure! I think he was more excited than I was haha. I can't wait to see the look on his face the first time we can take the top off
