Things that I didn't like of the 6th gen compared to the 5th gen Camaro:
-No rear seat space
-Center A/C vents straight to the shifting hand.
-A8 automatic transmission not dependable compared to the reliable A6 of the fifth gen.
-Engine probably is not long time reliable with is Direct Injection system compared to the prior ported fuel injection system. The valves on the newer engine tends to build carbon because of this change of design.

I'll just go ahead and quote myself:

First off, I know these giant corporations do everything as a team so no one individual deserves complete credit and/or blame for the Camaro program. These are my overall thoughts on Al's time as the Camaro team leader.
I'm sure on this board I'm in the minority in thinking the 1LE should have been the z/28. I wasn't used to the z/28 being priced like a Corvette and as a marketing slogan it definitely beats the pants off 1LE.

Two words are simultaneously both the 6th gen’s greatest strength and weakness:

Torque Management.
