I need to find a new dealer in the Oklahoma City area. I worked for this dealer in 1978 and have been a loyal customer since, also I have purchased some where around 15 cars from them (mostly used and a couple of new). Last couple of years have been less than pleasant dealing with the service dept. New faces every time I go in, 3 service managers in the last 18 months.
Went in last week for a "service rear view camera" with the screen all garbled.
Told the service writer I would like him to verify the problem before I dropped it off (been getting tired of the ole "can't reproduce the problem"). There infotainment tech came out looked at it and had me restart the car. Of course it worked fine after re-starting. "There you go" he said. So your not going to take it in and have a look......looks like it works fine. This is how it has been for 3 years now and I am done with it.
So please someone recommend a dealer in my area they have confidence in.
