Anyone experienced this noise...

When sharp turn to the right, like on the highway ramp, this tick tick tick sound from front left wheel.

2017 V6. Before I take it to have it looked at, anyone experienced this before?

Yes, one of two things. Some have said the surface area between the wheel and hub gets dirty, to take the wheel off and clean both surface areas. For me it was a matter of the lugs not being torqued to spec....like almost all of my lugs were somewhere around 1/8 to 1/4 turn loose...tightening them down killed the noise. Still silent 25,000 miles since the issue was solved for me.
