'16 SS ripped in half

I tried a google search,but couldn't find out how it happened . Speedo stuck @ almost 80. This is the 2nd 6th gen I've seen ripped in half.

Based on the damage it looks like the driver likely spun out, hit a tree or pole of some kind (that was more stubborn than the car) , tore the rear end off and send the front tumbling.

Driver probably lived since usually fatal car crashes don't get parted out like this.

Reminds me of this 6th gen Mustang crash. 90mph. Hits pole. Car shreds. Driver walks away. So lucky.

You will see this a lot on non body on frame vehicles. Depending on how the vehicle was hit, the rescue team will cut the car in half behind the driver seat for occupant evacuation. I had a friend killed in a 4th Gen Camaro, his looked the same way after the side impact and he was removed.

That is tragic for the owner but absolutely hilarious that the Mustang is almost entirely disintegrated

There is no biohazard warning.. no blood or fluids under secondary damage... driver may have been town from the vehicle. Hope the driver lived.
