Stock ZL1 drag wheels with skinny fronts 1/4 times?

The title states it all. I have seen people times all over youtube with drag tires on stock rear wheels or drag rear wheels tipping 10.9s or so with the A10. Has anyone had a better time with lighter skinny in front? I am probably gonna start racing my car but going to leave it stock for now. Just seeing if the whole big and little setup is worth it. I will Probably get a set of welds.

I've ran a best of 10.86 with rear drag wheels and tires only. I would also be interested to know if there's much to gain with skinnies.

Did you run OEM front wheels/tires and curious what drag setup you used in the rear. I'm looking for a quick swap solution for rear drag setup that doesnt require tuning due to tire height differences nor brake clearance or MRC issues.

I don't know about skinnies, but I bought a pair of Forgestar F14 wheels in 17" with MT 305/45/17 ET streets. I only made two runs with 28psi and had a 1.71 and 1.72 sixty foot. Next time at the track I'll slowlly lower the psi and see if I can do better. I run the stock wheels and tires in front. I also left all the nannies on. Mine is a 2019 ZL1 A10.

Yes. Factory fronts with 17x10.5 RaceStar Recluse wheels with Hoosier 315/35 DR2 drag radial. These rear tires are over an inch shorter than stock, but the only issue with that is sometimes causing traction control to engage if you're driving with it on, and the speedometer reading higher. If they ever make it in a 27", then I'd probably switch to that, so the speedo and TC are no longer an issue. TC is really no big deal because I always run with it off anyway, but I would like to have the speedo read right to have accurate PDR info.
