It's going to sale for around $400.00 and its about 2 months out I'll do an install and review as soon as the test exchanger shows up.

It made me sick to think about dishing out 550(Ron Davis) 799.00 (ProSpeed), and even 1000 plus for W.X. and AFCO's.

I'll keep ya posted about the H.E. my car will be done this week from the Port Injection modification and I plan on doing all the cooling mods myself like the Exchanger and Trunk tank installation so I'll be posting some good info again shortly.

I have read sooo many differing opinions on additional or larger heat exchangers. Consensus from a lot of the top dogs is that it only slightly delays heat buildup and then you will just be carrying around more hot water. I wish it was just cut and dry.

I think your right but a high HP car needs it... also a larger tank and better pump will go a long way I plan on doing all 3..

Got the unit installed today a total of 2 1/2 hours...

Use the lethal video on how to remove front end I will not go over that part..

Next I removed black supports that go from radiator cover to bumper support. 10mm

Remove the wire going across bumper support. Remove the bumper support 1 push pin in air duct and 4 bolts then lift up and pull out to gain 3 or 4 inches of clearance.

Remove left and right side soft plastic shields around the headlights. 3 tree pins each

Next use something to clamp hoses coming off exchanger then remove hose clamps and hoses.

Next push/hold back plastic covers that hide the 4 bolts on either side of OEM exchanger and remove bolts

Pull out old exchanger

Install new exchanger in opposite order...

In order to gain clearance between the heat exchanger and AC condenser I used half inch spacers (7/16 nuts) between the OEM bracket and tabs on new exchanger this left me with 3/8 clearance so the exchanger would not be rubbing the condenser.

They have a thin Ron Davis style for 345 and a this one for 395.

Sorian has data on OEM unit and when TX2K is over I'll take it back and we can see how much difference it adds.

Parts needed:
4x 7/16 nuts
4x M6 x 30mm or 1.250 inches
4x 5/16 washers

Double pass
2.25 inches thick
Adds volume
Looks great good welds
Price is right!

I've had the exchanger on now for about 3 weeks and all is good. Ready to log as soon as T2k is over with. Great product at a even better price.
