mrr is now making a 2 piece design after these. they confirmed to me on the gram that you can get them in 19x11 and 19x12 if asked.

I have a set of MRR SSLE reps that I use for track wheels. I don't have a static pic, but here's one on track:

I just bought SS1LE rims and tires as a 2nd set to race my ZL1.
-STD OEM with Michelin ps4 for daily drive -SS1LE with Oem GY to race her. Shipping in progress I will post pictures in few months when I will race the beast with those tires.... I like them too! |

I won’t use replicas to race with max effort in curves..... That’s why I bought OEM ss1le rims instead of replicas OEM ZL1 and SS1LE are track package and designed for it. Not confident in replicas except for daily drive and good looking.... |

IMHO there is every bit as much potential, if not more, to have a catastrophic wheel failure on the street as on the track.
The SSLE design is pretty robust, with a lot of material in the critical areas, so I don't obsess about it. For us, the ZL1 is just HPDE, so not max effort. I do consider wheels to be a consumable if you're tracking a car... they just last a lot longer than tires or brake pads. I also inspect the wheels between trackdays... every time. |
