Dr. Phil. Usually you can get Jake's on Van Dyke to get in contact with him.

As far as I know from my dealings with Jason (now gone), Katech doesn't have an in-house chassis dyno and outsources their tuning to (used to be) Dr. Phil who does the tuning out of Jake's on Van Dyke...
