Plastic piece behind front bumper supposed to be loose?

Was washing the car this afternoon and noticed that the big black plastic piece behind the front bumper has a fair amount of movement to it. Doesn’t seem like it should move. Can anyone else confirm? If it isn’t supposed to move, how do I tighten it?? See video...

does it flop around?

it will move if you force it, but it should not be "loose".
if you ran something over it could have messed up the clips that hold it on or possibly its cracked.

The YouTube video Scott posted clearly shows the front piece. I can confirm my 1 month old Z does the exact same thing. I thought it was strange when I noticed it, but I’m not too concerned.

That is normal. Mine does it and when I first discovered it, I went to the dealer and checked 3 more ZL1's and they all do it. So I'm good
