If it's running 11.2s in with that high of a DA, it should go at least in the high 10s with a lower DA. I know here in Houston, I have seen several DA below sea level a lot of times during the year.

Ditto what Kyle said... Put the shifter in M and click the + paddle while stopped. Then for fastest run pop shifter back into D before you're out of rpms in 2nd.

He did 11.16 and his 60ft was 1.8 every run. Seems to verify the discussions about the problems with the torque management.

He seemed to spin on every pass, I thought torque management would be more evident when the car hooks. But then again, when I think about it, I don't think anyone I have seen has really dead hooked.

I find this very interesting, the z06 has been able to cut sub 1.8 very frequently with the MPSS tire. So is it totally TQM or a combination of TQM and a tire that isn't hooking?
