I like that! Do you have the link for the steering wheel? I cannot find it on their website.

One of these days when I get it out to a decent spot, I’ll take some pics and post them.
It’s not on the website as it is/was a special order. Just call them and they’ll run you through the options. They were very easy and helpful to deal with. Just be ready for it to take a couple of months to receive it. |

Thank you man. I am in the UK, so I will drop them an email and I will attach the image that you posted above. May I ask the price of the steering wheel?

God that looks good but with this economy gone to shit and gas prices! I can't justify the 1000 bucks right now for the shine?
I will just keep totally exhausting myself with the old faithful wax on wax off

That would’ve been half off. Definitely worth it for me, the paint from the factory is pretty awful after transport etc (that is with the dealer barely touching it) and the paint correction alone took quite a few hours.

Here’s some good before and after pics of the door. Obviously black is notorious for showing and easily swirling/scratching.

Today/5 days later and hasn’t been washed yet since I picked it up. Partly cloudy day.

It's a special kind of crazy to maintain a black car.
But your oicture is the reason all my cars are black. Nothing shows depth and contours like a good black car |

Finally got around to doing the first wash. I used GTechniq Bug Spray first. Let it sit for 5 minutes and damn if it didn’t actually work. Sprayed right off, I’m sure the ceramic coating definitely helped. Then did the wheels with Adam’s tire cleaner and last ONR rinse less wash (with high quality towels of course). Taking my time it took about an hour. I’m extremely happy with the results, obviously very happy it’s easy to maintain and looks great. Nice to be able to enjoy a black car for once.

Also got the steering wheel installed, the orange clip was a pain the ass for me and people aren't kidding, the main steering wheel nut is a bitch to get off. Impact wrench finally worked.
But, also extremely happy with it as I hated the stock one. The quality is great and it’s nice to have a thicker steering wheel than stock. |

Black is such a great color for this car. Your ZL1 looks like a terminator in car form.
