Dragracingwheels.com

Have any of you been a customer of Dragracingwheels.com? I enquired about products they sell, that are in stock, via email.

Since they haven’t responded I made a phone call to gather information.

Rang once or twice. Recorded message said that due to high call volumes no one was available to help.

“Please email us at dragracingwheels.com with your questions.”

CLICK ——— and the call ended.

I get it there’s a shortage of product and personnel but this is a vicious cycle.

Let me know your experience if you’ve worked with this business.

I bought my drag pack from them but didn't have any interaction with them at all. Everything arrived ok.

Thanks Josh! Making the purchase online will probably be as straight forward as any other company.

Since you did business with them, did they ship the drag pack mounted, balanced and with TPMS?

Negative, the wheels and tires arrived unmounted, which was fine with me. I only use one specific shop since they have the Hunter Revolution “touchless” mounting and Hunter Elite road force balancing machines, and those have always given me great results. I bought OEM TPMS sensors from Rock Auto and had those installed at the same time as the mounting & balancing.

I have used them for years and never had a single issue. They are easiest to reach if you use love chat on thier website during business hours in my experience. But yea, always have had fast delievery and great customer service doing business with them.
