C6 Corvette test drive

A friend of mine from work allowed me to drive his yellow '08 Vette. This is the first time I've driven a modern Corvette. Very impressive! Stock LS2 powered, very spirited. I'm not a big guy (5'7") and the car fits me perfectly. I like the instrumentation layout. Eventually I can see one of these in my garage in Z06 trim to keep my Z/28 company.

If it's a 2008 Corvette, it has a LS3 (not LS2). 2008 was first year of the LS3.
I've driven C6 and C7 Corvettes and I prefer the C6. There's more interior room and I prefer the looks of the car. I've would love to own a low mileage C6 Z06 some day...
