Impala. Same sort of controls as a Silverado but on the right side of the steering wheel.

Good deal.

I have to say, Impala's one of the few GM vehicles where even if you opt for a lower trim, it still looks like a premium product.

Because you already paid 27K for the cheap version

And you would pay $26,685 for a W-body 2013 Impala LS before incentives.

I don't think a lot of people realize Impala has ALWAYS supposed to have been a pricey car. It's just the W-body was fleet dumped so drastically (and GM's ROI had been achieved forever ago) that GM could offer insane incentives.

Honestly with how improved the 2014 LS is, it's insane they were able to offer it for just $1k over the 2013 LS.

Don't want to get my hopes up but this could be an evolution of 2nd gen 4th gen design. I like it but need to see more!

I'd expect this to become a Buick over a Camaro.

Agreed, as I've read this could possibly carry over into a Grand National model for the U.S. market. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought this car was also based on Alpha like the ATS.

Its a very striking design for sure. I'm not exactly sure how I feel about it just yet (at least the front view). I mean part of me really loves it, and part of me thinks maybe those two huge vent looking things are a bit much and overdone?

It is Alpha based. And the big vents are more or less an Opel thing. It's the reason the Regal GS has those two fang-shaped vents up front.
