I have no idea how much timing the guy added. It runs its ass off for just full exhaust. I had it tuned about a year ago and no problems with it so far (knock on wood).. At the time I had no clue about timing, I'm 19 and just learning by experience, google, and Camaro5 haha!

I would be careful. If you have a tune most likely he added some timing. I would verify but you are most like going to have to pull some timing out of the tune.
as far as plug i would go with BR7EF NGKs. The stock number on those are 3346. If you have questions feel free to contact me. I can guide you. |

So some good news! I found a near by shop that specializes in 5th gens! Their Car FX in Tulsa, OK. I talked to the man earlier today and they mainly do boosted cars and he only has 3 Nitrous cars under his belt. Does anyone know by chance what the stock timing should be? I'm thinking i'll just have him pull enough timing for 150 so I can spray whatever up to a 150 and not worry about it. So pull 6 degrees of timing and use BR7EF NGKs plugs?

Every car and combo is different you should dyno and track tune it to be 100%. After you get a handle on the tune on the dyno pull an extra 2 just to be safe and make a 1/4 run and immediately shut the car off at the line. Coast to a safe spot off the track and pull the plugs to make sure you fuel and timing are good. Do that until you are happy with the results.
Pulling 6 for 150 is just a baseline and most of the time I have found that the fuel side is always rich with the recommended jets.
