Eforce 2650 ZL1 in the 8's

Pretty stellar especially being the trans let got coasting through the beams.

Yep got that also but I had heard about it a couple weeks ago. Its pretty bad boy for sure. That's a bunch faster then Lingenfelters Zl1. He probably would have run 8.70's@155 if the tranny hadn't melted down. I don't remember what the mods were but had to be a bunch. Listing to the engine it didn't sound like he was coasting, sounded like he had the pedal down. But obviously 116 mph trap speed that wasn't the case.

How fast are you going to go at Beech Bend assuming you get your 2650 installed and dialed in in time?

That 2650 is putting in work for all the brands. If you have enough power to run 8s. It’ll eventually destroy the stock bottom end and already took out the tranny. Nature of the beast.

I don't know yet, I'm supposed to get it by next Wednesday. My Camaro is setting there with an empty Valley. It should be a pretty easy swap but tuning will be the issue unless I can get it ready for the following weekend which I should and we can get it on the dyno. Mike's C7 Zo6 made 817 with bone stock engine with 92 octane and 2 nozzle of Meth/water. I'll need to make close to 900 on MS109 and 2 nozzle of Meth to run below 9.50's I would guess. I don't think I've got the fuel system at this point to push it past that. I will be really ready for the LS Fest, just may run out of time to put it on kill for the Camaro Fest.
