Have no Idea what Le hears. I know noise, wobbles, what is suppose to be OK with mechanical equipment. I "could" have ran mine, with probably NO problem.
BUT, I wouldn't be able to start it with PPL watching (Wobbling pulley) Or my younger mechanic friends with GOOD hearing....lol. If Whipple isn't going to fix mine.....I will, My buddies are surprised I don't machine another shaft to fix the wobble, (for 7 grand you shouldn't have to do that) Don't get wrong, Whipples SC is nice. I've had my lid off many times....LOL. Thing is making good clean power now, WELCOME TO GEN 6 FORCED AIR INDUCTION FORUM.....WERE R&D IS DONE........IN HOUSE.......LMAO

You can't blow off a wobble...LOL. Still don't like the marble noise. But then again, Ford stated those Pinto's where OK in a rear end crash. PPL don't lie, Right.

Mike at Whipple is having 2 other techs listen to mine but his initial thoughts is something isn’t right. Waiting for response after other techs give feedback he is thinking should send it in

YA Bother, I have Emailed Whipple. Mine is all Boxed up, shipping, RMA. Even Email-ed letting them know. This "IS" unexceptable. What gets me is QC, So it makes noise (marbles)??? SO the pulley wobbles like a back yard build??? WTF.
Some Ppl say, "That's OK" close the hood....Or wait till the SC comes apart and trashes a motor (Like Rob) Is there compensation?? Call Rob, maybe they bought him a new car (non-discloser settlement)....LOL. gotta love it. OH WAIT, Just fix them. How the hell can you hurt a SC??? Even on install....I'm pissed, Marine, hate injustice.

Just received this from Mike about my video.

Joe. Maybe it’s just this video but myself and a couple other techs looked at the video a few times and we do not hear anything abnormal or that sounds like marbles

I did send the below response.

Interesting. Others had said that it sounded like it did. I'll have to take some more videos. It runs great and have no issue with boost besides not hearing any whine in the cabin lol. Are there any other signs that I need to watch out for if there is an issue with bearings/shaft? Or when Virginia Speed changes out to the new smaller pulleys that you sent check anything while the pulley is off? Lastly, would this type of issue, if it is true, introduce material into the engine that could potentially be catislrstrafic?
