LT 1LE no longer in production

Hey everyone,

After many years I was finally ready to submit my order- which I did. I spent a few hours the other night getting an exact build I want. I was pumped...

I sent it to my dealer and right after I went to Roadandtrack.com and saw that Chevy is no longer producing 1LE packages for LT's. DEPRESSION.

Does anyone know if LT's will have options parts from the 1LE pack? Like big breaks, 1LE wheels, oil cooler, diff cooler, bushings and bracing? Right now if you option the sport suspension it automatically gives you the 1LE pack but maybe they'll still keep it there as an option?

Unfortunately they will not. Best bet is to have your dealer try and find you one or you yourself find one that's already on a dealer's lot somewhere else in the country. Fly in and drive it home.

I already started that process...unfortunately with my lifestyle (kids and work) traveling is out of the question.

I am an enthusiast and love all cars and I've had many. I wanted this to be a light weight fun street carver-i'm thinking E46 level of performance. Removing the 1LE puts a void in the market that other enthusiasts may not have known existed. Next option is BRZ?? Maybe. My timing couldn't have been worse...lol

May need to start looking into a combination of available options to give me the driver focused experience I want.

Post or send me your ZIP and I'll do a dealer search and see if any dealers near you show to have any ordered that haven't been built yet.

I sent you a reply. Thank you again for doing that...

Is there a master list of options for 2022 LT V6 options? I'm thinking Crush orange, 6 piston breaks, dual exhaust, recaro seats and suede steering wheel and shifter. Is that lame?

Listen, life is good especially with the pandemic, politicas and all the craziness in our world. I'm a lucky a guy especially since i'm ready to order. But after years of waiting they cancel it the day I send my dealer my order, what luck?

Crush is no longer available for 2022 but there is a new orange. We haven't seen the color in real life yet though.

The closest you'll get to a 1LE in 2022 will be to order the following. This is a 2LT but you could order a similar 1LT if you didn't want the extras that come with the 2LT. You won't be able to order the suspension upgrades or the wider wheels/tires but that's something that can be added aftermarket.

Crush got deleted too>? Wow, insane.

Question: So if check the 4 piston Brembo upgrade pack it also includes an oil cooler. I'm guessing the 6 piston breaks option does not include cooling and the oil cooler, should I check both the HD break cooling upgrade and 6piston breaks?

I did hear that crush was going to be closed out last year. Maybe replaced with that special blue from the vette line.

Actually it’s already been announced that crush and shock colors are replaced with vivid orange metallic and rapid blue. So if your heart was set on orange, then at least you still have an orange color to choose, although not exactly the same

FWIW I prefer metallic orange to the slightly cartoonish "crush" orange. To each their own
