You need to talk to your dealer, get that order number, 22s closed out weeks and months ago and we're just summarily cancelled if GM didn't accept the order. Submitted and accepted (approved, your word) are significant. You might have to ask too if the dealer rolled your order over to 2023, wasn't automatic, but your post has lots of odd shit about your order and dealer.
