DD Side markers - clear or dark?

I'm going to get a set of DD LED sidemarkers and looking for input on color. Options are:

Clear - https://www.phastekperformance.com/2...o-6-dd5061.htm

Tinted - https://www.phastekperformance.com/2...o-6-dd5063.htm

The car is summit white with black package(image attached)

edit: was going to get the JWM smoked, but they don't have it in stock and didn't reply to my email asking about timelines...

Either looks good on white but I suggest smoked lenses to match wheels. You’ll be able to get matching smoked tail lights if you want them too.

I went clear on my White 1LE, even with the black accents, the light shapes and locations aren't particularly pretty to accentuate so I'd rather hide them.

Thanks! I used to have a black 2017 RS with the blacked out side signals and it looked mean, loved it

both look nice ..i say clear with the chrome silver wheels and dark with black wheels. And ther is other brands out ther that are much cheaper then DD and have not had any issues if you want to save $$

Clear on a Summit White car, regardless of wheel color. From certain angles and under certain lighting conditions, they practically disappear.

Thanks, I actually decided to go with the dark. I felt like the clear are still visible so might as well do contrast.
I see you had a 86 IROC-Z...my dream car back in the 80s. I looked for one to restore but couldn't find one here in Canada that was un-molested...
