Working on the driving tune

5 things left to do before I am complete.

1. Install 6 point rollbar
2. Finish driving tune
3. Window tint
4. Full throttle dyno tune
5. Custom graphics

Hope to put it into some local car shows! Really want to see what it will do in the standing mile!

My engine as far as I can tell is hitting approx. 13psi, according to the chart it should be hitting around 16psi. I contribute the lower psi to the fact that the heads and cam allow the engine to breath easier. (9.17" lower and 2.50" upper pulleys)

When the weather clears up will get updated photos. So if there are any request for certain areas or parts of the car let me know.

With a build like this, we should have continued car of the month!

Awesome build!

Just read thru your build. Very cool that you did yourself respect for that. You need to turn into a business. I like the hood mod never seen that on these cars. Keep it going!!!

Hello Thank You, My co-workers are trying to talk me into some Ghost Flames, I think as long as they are light enough, it will do. Unable to find any good pics online. Did find some motorcycle tanks that looked great. Just got to find someone to paint it.

Next

Next is gutting the interior and getting window tint installed. Then installing roll bar...
I will add and update picture as I work on the car, I know that I skipped a lot during this build...

Wanted to add a short video...

Yeah you needed a TB that was supercharger supported. I did the NW102 that was SC compliant for that reason — SC sucks the other TB blade shut on the weaker TBs - like BBK and the base NW 102.

Nick Williams 102MMSC is the one that works...

Thank You, Good to know I was not losing my mind! I will look into it!!

Looked into it, says it does not work with stock supercharger pulley, but does not say what size works. I think I will look into it more once I get car done and see how it does on the dyno. Not looking fwd to pulling supercharger again to port match it to the 102mm throttle body.

Maybe I missed it. Is this thing gonna be on e85? I would say that if it is it makes middle or upper 7xx to the wheels. Are you planning on spraying the rest of the way to 1xxx?

No on the E85, the 1000hp is at the crank I guess it would be about 850rwhp. That is what the math says, my last ZL1 made 945hp. But got to figure out my tune issue first...

Figured out the issue with HP Tuners, I deleted all the charts and reinstalled them from scratch. So now I can work on the driving tune again and get it ready for the dyno!

Are you tuning off of a loggable wideband?
