Aftermarket oil pump

Does anyone make an aftermarket oil pump for the LT4 wet sump? I just had my second oil pump failure on my 18 ZL1 and I'm sick of dealing with these stock pumps blowing up.

^ This needs to be addressed by GM. There has been an unusual amount of oil pumps going bad in the 2018 ZL1"s.

How would you know if your oil pump has failed or is going to fail?? CEL? Low PSI?

A warning and chime will come on prompting you to turn off the vehicle immediately because of low oil pressure.

How many miles on the car? Under what conditions were you driving?

Thanks,

Tim

omg.

Chevy should swap out all these junk LT4's for fresh LT5's and call it a day.

First time it broke at 6000 miles, at cruising speeds. Second time it broke at 7200 miles, at idle in park.

This is a serious concern, right now I was ready to start shopping.
I won't have any warranty as I will import car to Europe...
So 60000USD is no longer a good deal if oil pump gives up and I spun all the bearings...means new engine.
This is definitely making me think I should stay away...
What breaks in the pump?

?
Same oil pump on LT1 and LT4?
If it’s the case I don’t know why 16-17 have no issues...
New cars are weaker??????
Suppose to improve
