Hi community, Let me introduce myself (From Québec)

Hi community ,
i discovered this forums about ~3 weeks ago, i have been reading everyday and also posted some questions.

I realize that i did'nt introduce myself.

So here we go:
I am a 29 old Software Developer and Entrepreneur, new Camaro 2010 2SS/RS M6 owner, bought the beast on August 10th after drooling at the model for well over 3years. The car had barely 4k miles.

For some reason i always loved the GM Sports Cars, at 17 (about 12 years ago) i bought a Firebird Formula 350 but i was too crazy to drive it at the time and sold it 2 years later when i was 19.

I am from Québec/Canada, the online place where we are french native speakers(just to make it clear, we are the only French speaking American Province, we are not French).

Am i the only person from Quebec around here?

On the 2nd week of October, my car will be going to sleep for about 6months(Welcome back PT Cruiser hehe!), Winter are crazy here with Salt, Calcium, Wind and frequent -40 Celcius(-40 F) temperature and 2 feet of snow falling in a single night. At least this forum exist so i'll still wander around during this time.

We just spent 5 days in Montreal and saw only one Camaro.
Sorry you have to put your car up. I plan to

Québec city(where i live) is about 2 hours driving from Montreal actually and easier to drive too(not jammed all the time).

Camaro 2010+ are really Really REALLY rare around here.

Camaro are so rare that it feel like i am driving some $200,000+ car all the time, people are always turning heads like (What the... is this car! DAMN!) it is awesome.

It is very strange however that they are so rare because they are build in Ontario which is in Canada.

Enjoy the car, and congratulations!...You're a rock-star!...lol....Yeah, I know what you mean about winter...here in So Cal might have to put on a jacket from time to time pretty soon when it hit's the high 60's this winter...but I'll survive...lol

Welcome. Here is a bit of Camaro triva you may or may not know. The Gen 4 Camaros were built in your province, Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec.

They moved Camaro production there from Van Nuys, Calf. in 93 and built all the Gen 4's there until all Camaro production stopped in 2002 with the 35th anniversary car. One can ask how the 2012 is the 45th anniversary given the 8yr lapse in production, but we all have bigger things to worry about.

Smart move keeping your car out of winter's harm.
