check around the timing belt cover, they had to replace mine. Lost 1qt of oil in less than 1500 miles. Couldn't see it on ground but sure could smell it burning.

Hale. Catch can can solve that. Oil consumption major issue with gm motors. I had a caddy cts. 9000 miles o rings rebuilt then engine then gm bought it back. The oil the have designed to go back into the block so no catch can it goes back into ht e lock and damages your engine. They know that. They never will acknowledge it. Just saying gm says it s " normal " to loose a quart of oil in between oil changes. Lol where does it go well now you know. And the catch can was born lol. And thank god. Gm. Come on

MY 2011, 28 months of ownership and 4,700 miles. Concerned with V6 auto transmission issues (posted on another tread (s). Concerned with dash crack. Mine not yet cracked through, but I can now see indent where dash has cracked on others with 2010 models. My 2011 was an early 2011 production model.
Happy with my Camaro and my dealership. Concerned with future transmission and dash panel issues after my low milege Camaro warrenty is finished.

I haven't had any issues except the worry of rock chips and door dings. STAY AWAY FROM WAL MART, and park as far away as possible. Some people might disagree and say its only a car or it doesn't matter, but not everyone takes pride in what they own! I wash my car almost weekly and I park as far away from other cars as possible when I take her out of the garage for a cruise.
