Any pool players in here?

My son who is now 8 years old started playing last year. Has sponsors such as JPechauer Custom Cues, Stapleton Billiards, 3Seconds Cue Case, player rep for Brutal Game Gear.

Just a couple weeks ago became officially sponsored by Kamui

I did play often when I was younger. My parents never had one but my grand parents had and I was there almost every week and played for hours.

My girlfriend and I bought a house 2 years ago but the basement is not big enough to put a pool table. But we know that we will move in the near future, and the main criterias are a garage for a woodworking shop and a big room for a 4.5x9 feet table.

Recently when playing at my father's house my girlfriend started to understand how to aim and she asked me "are you sure we don't have enough room for a table??". She's a keeper.

I used to play for fun a lot when I had access to a table regularly. I was ok I thought. Ran the tables once which was fun. Funny enough I beat the local shark at college all the time. She would whoop a bunch of people but for some reason she never beat me. Sank the 8 ball on the break against her one day which really pissed her off

I use to. 8-ball, 9-ball, straight pool (14.1 continuous), league (APA) and tournaments. Just took 1st place in our sports day tournament here at Luke AFB.

Not all that great of a player but someone who was gave me some good advice. The key to pool (beyond making the current shot of course) is to set up the next shot. Sometimes an easy shot that leaves you with no good next shot is worse than a more challenging shot that if made, sets you up for a run.

I used to play Yahoo Pool online. I think this was pre 911.

Omg yeah I remember that good time.

I was addicted and remember being over 1000 quite few times. Wish we could still play. It was nice.
