Where did you here Orange Crush for 2019. I have looked and cant find it. I was thinking of finding a wrecked ZL1 and making one of my Hot wheels into one? I think it could be done.

Just stopped by the dealer and saw my 18 HW/Vert up on the lift getting the ground effects put on. It made it, but two problems! One, the dealer put regular gas in it... WTF! Ughh. Then he argues with me that it's fine! No biggie! Sure... it will work but why when you know it takes premium, why did you put crap in?!? That burns me up, I'm still stewing over that every time I think of it. The other, I saw a small dent on the side. GRRRRR!!!

Ya know......come on man! He said they'll fix it later but it still takes the fun out of the brand newness of it.

I feel for you! When we picked up our 17 FIFTY Anniversary SE, the next day we went to a parade. We were leaving our meet up spot and the cars were lined up to exit a grocery store parking lot. A lady with a shopping cart walked right into the passenger door on FIFTY. We had the car 24 hours and had dealer plates on it! The lady kept trying to say she didn't hurt it, then when the police showed up and lined the shopping cart up with it, she insisted that it did not match (it lined up exactly!) and how was she to know that the dent wasn't there before....some people are just rude and do not want us to have nice things!

I was just searching to see how things were going for you!

Yes, it is horrible and we have yet to get it to the right dentless repair place (we had one attempt to correct it, but he was unable to, have a good referral from a guy who works at a Benz dealership to the person they use). However, they are a couple hours away and I need to go during the week, which means taking time off work....

Thankfully so far we have been able to keep all those folks away from the new Hot Wheels! Just went over 1500 miles this weekend too!

How are things with your car?

It's taken some work to get the car to where I expected it to be. She sat exposed for some time. Still very happy to finally take delivery. Then things got hectic at work.

I'll be posting my impressions and some pics soon.
