Pics of the Calipers as promised. I originally had them plastidipped purple metallic and I had purple metallic stripes. Then I switched to Blue metallic. Now my whole car is going a mixture of gloss black / Flat black / and Gloss Red. Im loving this setup so far.

Well it looks a lot better and I will probably do the same here, thanks!

Did you get an OEM grille? If so, how much and where? If not, let us know how it fit when you install it.

A little trip with my girlfriend...
1978 is slower, but horsepower is comparable with 2010
We enjoyed it very much

Again, I made a little progress in working on the HURST custom shifter.
The original hole with a nonsensical slope of the thread blinded, sanded, polished and drilling a new smaller threaded hole.

He made a piece between the handle and the cuff.

..just it looks better.

Just a powder paint shop and I can mount it in the car.

I decided to treat myself to a few days on the road, first stop will be a couple of days in Gettysburg, Pa touring. From there it's onto NJ and NYC to be with a great bunch of friends the "Hired Guns". Hired Guns is a police motorcycle club with our mother chapter in NJ. The plan is a safe trip behind the wheel of the Camaro. Just in case I put her bra on, don't want any chips! So I will get back with you folks on the flip side next Sunday or Monday. Larry
Arrived back home Saturday evening. Total trip saw the Camaro adding just a bit over 2K miles. It was nothing less than a pleasure. Scary at times, especially around Washington DC and NYC... OMG you move your butt around in the seats, apply a firm grip on the steering wheels and shout it out, "come on you bastards, bring it on!

This week she is do an oil change and I will schedule her for a front end alignment just in case the couple of pot holes I hit did jar her out a tad.

Gas... well NC and VA were not to bad, PA, NJ NY was another story as was the tolls. Overall I had a killer trip, loved it.

The girl wore her bra the entire time, tomorrow I will wash the 182,312 bugs off then removed and put her away for next trip. Then it's back to detailing her again.
