Back again...
I've been away from a Camaro for a while now, about 8 years and within the next 6 months to a year I will be purchasing a 2017-2018 ZL1. Just thought I'd get back on and look around, catch up and get myself excited for a new car.
My current driver is a 2015 Stage 3+ Golf R that makes 473 wheel horsepower. It's fast, has AWD and will run 10.8 quarter miles all day long, but just doesn't have that same feel. Yep, went from a 2001 Camaro SS to a VW. Hope to learn a lot. Place still looks good. Last edited by Baldilocks01SS; 03-19-2019 at 11:59 AM. |

Welcome back.
Ironically enough I traded in a 2010 VW CC (turned into a maintenance nightmare) and picked up a 2018 2LT RS a few weeks back.

Volkswagen was never known for their reliablitiy. We sold our 2015 Volkswagen Jetta a while back and I am happy we did it was the most unreliable vehicle we ever owned.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.
oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!

Good luck with your search. When you get one hit us up for the mods. We have been working on a bunch of ZL1s lately. Making some really good power too.
